This role is designed for individuals passionate about media and customer engagement, providing exceptional service to Croatian-speaking clients. Successful candidates will benefit from free accommodation during their work period in Greece. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries related to online media services, subscriptions, and content access via phone, email, and chat in Croatian. Provide detailed information regarding media content, account management, and troubleshooting assistance. Assist customers with subscription setups, renewals, and technical difficulties. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within the CRM system for quality control and follow-up. Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and user experience. Stay updated on online media trends and company services to provide accurate information. Fluency in Croatian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous. Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the online media or digital content industry. Excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple queries efficiently. Familiarity with subscription-based services and customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required. Willingness to relocate and work in Greece; free accommodation will be provided.
