Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a dedicated Croatian Customer Service Representative to join our travel agency team in Athens. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work in the vibrant city of Athens with free accommodation included. You will provide excellent customer service to Croatian-speaking clients, helping them plan and enjoy their travel experiences. Responsibilities Respond to Croatian-speaking customers’ travel inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Provide comprehensive information about travel packages, destinations, and accommodations. Assist clients in booking travel arrangements and resolving any travel-related issues. Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly. Maintain accurate records of client interactions using the CRM system. Collaborate with the team to improve customer service processes and client satisfaction. Fluency in Croatian (both written and spoken); knowledge of English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service or travel agency roles is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging customer situations. Proficiency in CRM software and standard office tools. Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a team environment. Willingness to relocate and work in Athens with provided free accommodation.
