Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support to Croatian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with inquiries related to bookings, cancellations, and modifications effectively and efficiently. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Stay informed about Booking.com’s offerings and latest travel trends to provide accurate information and assistance. Document all customer interactions and inquiries accurately in the CRM system. Collaborate closely with other departments to meet customer needs and improve service delivery. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills. Fluency in Croatian and English, both spoken and written. Experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or hospitality sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
