This role is perfect for individuals passionate about providing outstanding customer service in a multicultural and fast-paced environment. As a Croatian Speaking Client Service Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting Croatian-speaking clients by delivering reliable and friendly assistance throughout their travel journey. Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from Croatian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat. Assist with flight bookings, travel arrangements, and provide information on airline policies and procedures. Resolve client issues efficiently while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction. Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions within the company CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service delivery. Ideal Candidate Profile: Fluency in Croatian (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is beneficial. Previous customer service experience, ideally within the airline or travel industry, is an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients. Problem-solving mindset with a customer-oriented approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment. Comfortable using digital tools and CRM software. Willingness to work in Athens and contribute positively to team objectives.
