Mercier Consultancy MD is delighted to offer a wonderful opportunity for a Croatian Speaking Customer Service Agent for Booking.com, with the added benefit of paid relocation to the picturesque country of Greece. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing top-notch support to Croatian-speaking customers, assisting them with their booking needs and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable travel experience. Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries in Croatian through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat. Assist customers with the booking process, as well as modifications and cancellations of their reservations. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to bookings and provide effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction. Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system for reference and continuous improvement. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure swift resolutions of customer issues and maintain a high level of service. Stay updated on company policies, promotions, and products to provide accurate information to customers. Fluency in Croatian (both written and spoken), with English proficiency considered an advantage. Experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or hospitality sector. Exceptional communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented attitude. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle customer complaints with professionalism. Familiarity with CRM systems and online booking platforms. Willingness to relocate and immerse oneself in the Greek culture and work environment. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic setting.
