In this key role, you will provide exceptional customer support to Croatian-speaking clients, assisting them with their travel and booking needs to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. Responsibilities Engage with customers in Croatian through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat, addressing inquiries and concerns. Assist clients with the booking process, including making, modifying, and canceling their reservations. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to bookings, providing effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction. Document customer interactions and insights in the CRM system for quality assurance and continuous improvement. Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex customer issues swiftly and efficiently. Stay updated on company policies, promotions, and products to share accurate information with customers. Fluency in Croatian (both written and spoken), with English proficiency considered an advantage. Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or hospitality sectors. Exceptional communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented attitude. Strong problem-solving abilities to handle customer complaints effectively and professionally. Familiarity with CRM systems and online booking tools is a plus. Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural environment. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic setting.
