In this critical role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to Croatian-speaking clients, assisting them with their travel and booking needs for a hassle-free experience. Responsibilities Assist Croatian-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat, addressing their inquiries and providing guidance. Manage the booking process, including modifications and cancellations, ensuring a smooth experience for clients. Troubleshoot issues related to bookings and provide effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system for quality assurance. Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex customer issues swiftly and efficiently. Stay informed about company products, policies, and promotions to offer accurate information to customers. Fluency in Croatian (both written and spoken), with proficiency in English as an added advantage. Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or hospitality sectors. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction. Strong problem-solving abilities to handle customer complaints effectively. Familiarity with CRM systems and online booking platforms is a plus. Willingness to relocate to Greece and immerse in a new cultural environment. Solid organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced workplace.
