Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a Croatian-Speaking Customer Agent to join an international airline team based in Athens, Greece. This role offers a paid relocation package, ideal for candidates fluent in Croatian who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in the aviation industry. As a Customer Agent, you will be responsible for assisting Croatian-speaking customers with flight inquiries, bookings, and other travel-related support, ensuring smooth and efficient service. Key Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer support in Croatian through phone, email, and chat channels. Assist customers with flight reservations, cancellations, changes, and general inquiries. Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction. Stay informed about airline policies, promotions, and travel regulations. Fluency in Croatian (spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is a plus. Previous customer service experience, preferably within the airline or travel industry. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Familiarity with airline booking systems and CRM software is advantageous.
