Mercier Consultancy is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a Croatian-Speaking Customer Agent to work in Athens, Greece, supporting Booking.com customers. This role is ideal for someone fluent in Croatian who is enthusiastic about delivering exceptional customer service in a dynamic and international environment. As a Customer Agent, you will be the key point of contact for Croatian-speaking clients, addressing their questions and concerns regarding Booking.com services to ensure a seamless and satisfying customer experience. Responsibilities Provide customer support to Croatian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat Resolve inquiries related to bookings, reservations, and services offered by Booking.com Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within company systems Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any complex customer issues Offer guidance and solutions to improve customer satisfaction Gather customer feedback and report insights for continuous service improvement Participate in training programs to stay updated on Booking.com products and policies Fluency in Croation and English, both written and verbal, is essential.
