Mercier Consultancy is seeking a Croatian Speaking Customer Agent to join our team supporting Booking.com operations in Athens, Greece. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in an international environment providing high-quality customer service to Croatian-speaking clients while experiencing the vibrant culture of Athens. As a Customer Agent, you will be the primary contact for customers, assisting them with bookings, inquiries, and resolving any issues they may encounter to ensure a seamless travel experience.
