Mercier Consultancy MD is delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a Croatian Speaking Customer Agent to join our team in Greece, supporting Booking.com, with an attractive relocation package included. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about travel and providing excellent customer service. As a Customer Agent, you will assist Croatian-speaking customers with their booking inquiries, ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience. Key Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service in Croatian via phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with booking inquiries, modifications, cancellations, and other related requests. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems. Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and customer experience. Stay informed about Booking.com policies, travel trends, and offers. Fluency in Croatian (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, especially in travel, hospitality, or booking-related roles, is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with booking systems, CRM software, and relevant technologies is advantageous.
