This position includes relocation support, making it ideal for candidates looking to advance their career abroad. As a Customer Agent, you will provide top-notch assistance to Croatian-speaking customers, ensuring smooth booking experiences and high customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service in Croatian through phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with booking inquiries, modifications, cancellations, and general support. Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally to enhance satisfaction. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems. Collaborate with various teams to improve customer service processes. Stay up-to-date with Booking.com policies, promotions, and travel industry trends. Fluency in Croatian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Previous customer service experience, preferably in the travel or hospitality sector, is advantageous. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask. Familiarity with booking systems, travel products, and CRM tools is preferred. Comfortable with digital communication channels and computer applications.
