This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a vibrant and international environment while providing excellent service to Croatian-speaking customers. Join us in delivering a seamless and satisfying customer experience for one of the world’s leading online travel platforms. Key Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service in Croatian to Booking.com users through phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with booking inquiries, modifications, cancellations, and resolving any issues they face. Maintain detailed records of interactions and transactions in CRM systems. Collaborate effectively with internal teams to resolve customer concerns. Stay updated on Booking.com products, policies, and travel industry trends. Fluency in Croatian (both spoken and written) is essential; English proficiency is an asset. Previous experience in customer service, preferably within travel or online booking platforms, is advantageous. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Familiarity with CRM tools and digital communication technologies preferred. Strong organizational skills and teamwork ability.
