Mercier Consultancy MD is actively seeking Croatian-Speaking Customer Experts to join our dynamic team supporting an automotive company in Greece. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service to Croatian-speaking clients by addressing their inquiries related to automotive products, services, and after-sales support. Key Responsibilities Provide friendly and professional customer support to Croatian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with product information, service scheduling, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales and technical departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Stay informed about the latest automotive products, features, and company policies. Offer feedback to improve customer service processes and enhance the customer experience. Fluency in Croatian (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is an advantage. Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the automotive industry. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience with CRM systems and digital communication tools is preferred. Willingness to relocate and work in Greece. Passion for the automotive sector and problem-solving abilities.
