Description

Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking motivated Croatian-Speaking Customer Experts to join our team supporting a leading consumer electronics company in Greece. In this role, you will provide excellent customer service to Croatian-speaking customers, assisting with product inquiries, technical support, and after-sales service. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to Croatian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding consumer electronics products and services. Provide technical assistance, troubleshooting, and product information to ensure a positive customer experience. Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system. Work closely with technical and product teams to resolve complex customer issues efficiently. Stay updated on new products, technologies, and company policies to provide informed support. Contribute to the improvement of customer service processes and customer satisfaction. Fluency in Croatian (spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Prior experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in the consumer electronics industry. Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric attitude. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools. Willingness to relocate and work in Greece. Passion for consumer electronics and technology.
