Mercier Consultancy Group is excited to offer an opportunity for Croatian-Speaking Customer Experts to join our team supporting Dyson in Greece. This role includes providing exceptional customer service to Croatian-speaking clients while benefiting from paid relocation to Greece. Key Responsibilities Deliver excellent customer support to Croatian-speaking Dyson customers through phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, order inquiries, and after-sales service. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system. Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues. Stay informed about Dyson’s products, services, and policies to provide accurate information. Provide feedback to improve customer service practices and overall customer satisfaction. Fluency in Croatian (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous. Experience in customer service or support roles, preferably in the electronics or home appliances sector. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools. Willingness to relocate to Greece; paid relocation assistance provided. Passion for technology and dedication to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
