Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce an opportunity for Croatian-Speaking Customer Experts to join our dynamic team in Athens, Greece. We offer fully paid relocation for the right candidates who are passionate about providing excellent customer service in the tobacco products sector. As a Customer Expert, you will engage with our Croatian-speaking customers, addressing their queries and providing them with the support they need. Key Responsibilities Provide outstanding support to Croatian-speaking customers through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat. Respond to inquiries about tobacco products, ensuring that customers have a clear understanding of our offerings. Stay informed on tobacco industry regulations and company policies to deliver compliant and accurate information. Document interactions with customers in our customer relationship management (CRM) system to maintain detailed records. Collaborate with other teams to quickly resolve issues and enhance the customer experience. Gather customer feedback and share insights with management for continuous improvement. Fluency in Croatian (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is beneficial. Experience in customer service or relevant roles is preferred. Exceptional communication skills and a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure. Experience with CRM systems and digital communication platforms is an advantage. Strong attention to detail and effective organizational skills. Open to relocating to Athens and embracing a new cultural environment.
