This role is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about travel, hospitality, and providing exceptional customer service to Croatian-speaking clients. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer support to Croatian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with inquiries related to bookings, cancellations, and travel advice. Effectively handle customer complaints and offer solutions, aiming for high satisfaction levels. Stay informed about the latest travel trends and Booking.com services to provide accurate guidance. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills. Fluency in Croatian and English, both written and spoken. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or hospitality sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer focus. Ability to resolve issues effectively and thoughtfully. Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. A passion for travel and helping others make the most of their experiences.
