Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce a vacancy for Croatian Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the banking industry. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about finance and customer relations. You will be responsible for assisting customers with their banking inquiries, providing them with the support and information they need to manage their finances effectively, all while communicating in Croatian. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries related to banking products, services, and accounts via phone, email, and live chat in Croatian. Provide accurate information regarding account management, transactions, and online banking services. Assist customers in resolving issues, including transaction discrepancies and account access problems. Document all customer interactions meticulously in our customer relationship management (CRM) system. Work collaboratively with banking teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery. Stay updated on banking regulations and product offerings to provide informed support. Fluency in Croatian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the banking or financial sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to explain financial products and services clearly to customers. Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with banking software and CRM systems is preferred.
