Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for Croatian Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Biotechnology industry. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about science and customer service. You will be responsible for assisting clients with their inquiries regarding biotechnological products and services, while providing exceptional support in Croatian. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries related to biotechnology products and services via phone, email, and live chat in Croatian. Provide detailed information about product usage, procurement, and scientific applications. Assist customers with order processing, inquiries regarding shipments, and product availability. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues with a focus on maintaining satisfaction. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for reference and compliance. Collaborate with technical teams to provide accurate and timely solutions to customer inquiries. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in biotechnology to inform customers effectively. Fluency in Croatian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Experience in customer service, preferably within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical sector. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. Ability to convey complex scientific information clearly and effectively. Proficient problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is desirable. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
