Your Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service to Croatian-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat. Assist customers with booking inquiries, modifications, cancellations, and general support. Maintain a professional and courteous manner in all interactions. Efficiently document customer interactions to support service quality. Collaborate with team members and Booking.com partners to ensure customer satisfaction. Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on platform features, policies, and customer service best practices. Fluency in Croatian (both written and spoken) is essential. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your application. Reliable internet connection and a suitable home working environment. Strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service. Previous experience in customer service or the travel industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
