This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about travel and hospitality and are committed to delivering top-notch customer service. As part of our team, you will assist customers in Croatian, helping them navigate their booking inquiries and ensuring a seamless travel experience. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their booking inquiries, modifications, and cancellations via phone, email, and chat in Croatian. Guide customers in selecting suitable accommodations and travel options based on their preferences. Resolve any issues or complaints efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience. Document all customer interactions accurately within the CRM system. Collaborate with other departments to enhance service quality and operational efficiency. Stay informed about company offerings, promotions, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers. Fluency in Croatian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry. Outstanding communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively. Familiarity with booking systems and technology is an advantage. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
