This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about customer service and have a keen interest in the construction sector. As a customer service representative, you will assist clients with inquiries related to construction services, projects, and material specifications, all while delivering outstanding service in Croatian. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries regarding construction services, project details, and materials via phone, email, and live chat in Croatian. Provide clients with detailed information about service offerings, pricing, and timelines. Assist customers with order processing, modifications, and scheduling of services. Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring satisfaction and retention. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference. Collaborate with project managers and field teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery. Stay informed about industry trends and company offerings to effectively assist customers. Fluency in Croatian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the construction or related sectors. Strong communication skills, with a focus on building rapport and trust with customers. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs. Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is desirable.
