Mercier Consultancy is seeking a motivated Croatian Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's E-Commerce Platform team based in Greece. In this important role, you will provide exceptional support to Croatian-speaking customers, assisting them with their online shopping experience, order inquiries, and problem resolution. Your fluency in Croatian will be key in delivering clear, friendly, and efficient customer service through multiple communication channels. You will help ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to the growth and reputation of the e-commerce platform.
