In this critical role, you will communicate with customers in Croatian, ensuring they receive the information and support they need with empathy and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries regarding healthcare services, insurance options, and patient support via phone, email, and chat in Croatian. Assist patients with appointment scheduling, understanding treatment processes, and navigating healthcare guidelines. Resolve customer concerns effectively and empathetically, ensuring a positive experience. Document all customer interactions accurately for better service continuity. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and administrative teams to enhance service delivery. Stay updated on healthcare policies, products, and services to provide accurate information. Fluency in Croatian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous. Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the healthcare sector, is preferred. Outstanding communication skills with a friendly and empathetic approach. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to manage sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism. Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software.
