Mercier Consultancy MD is pleased to announce a fantastic opportunity for Croatian Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Hospitality & Tourism industry. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about travel and have a genuine desire to help customers make the most of their experiences. As a customer service representative, you will provide assistance and information to guests while ensuring they receive the highest standard of service in their native language. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries related to travel bookings, accommodations, tours, and other hospitality services via phone, email, and chat in Croatian. Deliver exceptional service by providing accurate information about destinations, services, and promotions. Assist customers with reservation changes, cancellations, and special requests. Resolve any issues or complaints efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction. Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system. Collaborate with various teams to enhance the quality of service provided to guests. Keep abreast of hospitality trends and service updates to better assist customers. Fluency in Croatian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous. Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the hospitality or tourism sector, is preferred. Outstanding communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to customer excellence. Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
