Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer an opportunity for Croatian Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Real Estate industry. This role is ideal for individuals who have a strong interest in real estate and a passion for providing high-quality customer service. As a customer service representative, you will assist clients with their inquiries and guide them through various real estate processes while communicating effectively in Croatian. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries related to real estate listings, property availability, and market trends via phone, email, and chat in Croatian. Provide clients with detailed information on properties, including features, prices, and viewing arrangements. Assist customers with the purchasing, renting, or selling process and all related documentation. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a positive experience. Document all customer interactions succinctly in the CRM system for future reference. Collaborate with real estate agents and internal teams to ensure customer needs are met. Stay informed about industry trends, property regulations, and new developments to provide accurate advice to customers. Fluency in Croatian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the real estate sector. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. Ability to convey complex information in an easy-to-understand manner. Proactive problem-solving abilities and a dedication to customer satisfaction. Experience with CRM systems and general office software.
