This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about technology and dedicated to assisting customers with their communication needs. As a customer service representative, you will provide support in Croatian, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an exceptional experience for our clients. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries regarding telecommunications services, plans, and products via phone, email, and chat in Croatian. Provide assistance with service activation, troubleshooting, and account management. Resolve issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and address client challenges. Stay updated on the latest telecommunications technologies and offerings to provide effective support. Fluency in Croatian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the telecommunications sector, is preferred. Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor. Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer-centric solutions. Ability to handle multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively.
