Mercier Consultancy MD is pleased to offer a great opportunity for Croatian Speaking Customer Service Representatives to join a leading Travel & Hospitality Company. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional customer service within the travel and hospitality industry. As a representative, you will assist customers in Croatian, handling inquiries related to travel bookings, accommodations, and hospitality services. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries regarding travel bookings, accommodation options, cancellations, and service information via phone, email, and chat in Croatian. Provide accurate information on travel packages, hotel facilities, and policies. Assist customers with problem resolution, complaints, and special requests to ensure a seamless travel experience. Document all interactions and customer feedback in the CRM system for quality and follow-up purposes. Collaborate with internal departments to improve customer experience and service delivery. Stay updated on travel regulations, hospitality trends, and company offerings. Fluency in Croatian (both written and spoken) is essential; English language skills are an advantage. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel, tourism or hospitality industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues. Good organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with booking systems and customer service software is desirable. Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays if required.
