In this vital role, you will provide exceptional support to our Croatian-speaking clients, assisting them with a wide range of travel inquiries and delivering outstanding customer service. Your fluency in Croatian will be key as you help customers navigate travel bookings, provide information on destinations, and address any concerns they may have. You'll be instrumental in ensuring that our clients enjoy seamless travel experiences and create lasting memories during their journeys. Responsibilities Deliver top-quality customer service in Croatian through phone, email, and chat regarding travel inquiries Assist clients with booking arrangements, itinerary changes, and travel advice Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system Work collaboratively with travel partners to ensure optimal service delivery Gather customer feedback to inform enhancements in our travel offerings Stay updated on travel trends, promotions, and destination information Fluent in Croatian and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving ability Prior experience in customer service, especially in the travel or hospitality industry, is preferred Able to efficiently manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills Passion for travel and helping customers plan their experiences Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus Fully Paid Relocation Package ( Flight, Transfer and 2 weeks in Hotel ) Private Health Insurance 2 Extra Salaries Per Year Support In Finding Accommodation After Hotel Fully Paid Training Monthly Performance Bonus Free Greek Course And More...
