Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer a position for a Croatian Speaking Customer Support Representative for a new online payment platform based in Athens, Greece. This role offers the opportunity to work with a cutting-edge fintech solution, assisting Croatian-speaking clients with their inquiries and ensuring a smooth user experience. Key Responsibilities Provide excellent customer support to Croatian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding the online payment platform. Assist customers with account setup, transactions, troubleshooting, and general inquiries. Resolve customer complaints and technical issues promptly, ensuring high satisfaction. Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system. Collaborate with product and technical teams to improve service quality and address client needs. Stay up-to-date with platform features, fintech trends, and industry best practices. Fluency in Croatian (both written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is advantageous. Experience in customer support, preferably within fintech, online payment, or related sectors. Strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction. Problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to resolving inquiries. Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service tools is beneficial. Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Interest in fintech and online payment systems is a plus.
