Mercier Consultancy Group is looking for Croatian-Speaking Financial Customer Agents to join our expanding team in Greece. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality customer service to Croatian-speaking clients by addressing their inquiries about financial products and services through phone, email, and chat. Resolve customer issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records within the CRM system. Cooperate with internal teams to offer comprehensive solutions and enhance overall customer experience. Stay updated on industry developments, financial products, and relevant regulations to provide accurate information to customers. Fluency in Croatian (spoken and written) and good command of English. Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the financial or banking industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach. Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and professionally. Familiarity with CRM platforms and standard office software tools. Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively. Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a multicultural work environment.
