Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce a job opening for Croatian-Speaking Customer Service Representatives to work in Greece for a leading Online Streaming Service. This position offers the chance to be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to providing outstanding support to Croatian-speaking customers. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a premium streaming experience. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer questions and concerns regarding streaming services, subscriptions, and account management in Croatian. Provide clear and accurate information regarding service features and promotional offers. Troubleshoot technical problems related to streaming platforms and devices. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve customer issues promptly. Keep updated on new content and updates to support customers effectively. Fluency in Croatian (written and verbal) is required; English language skills are an advantage. Previous customer service experience, preferably in online streaming or entertainment fields. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities focused on delivering high-quality customer service. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues. Self-motivated and able to work efficiently in a team-oriented and remote environment. Experience with CRM software and basic computer proficiency. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
