This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant international environment with paid relocation support. You will be responsible for assisting Croatian-speaking customers with hotel bookings, providing exceptional service, and ensuring a seamless reservation experience. Responsibilities Communicate effectively with Croatian-speaking clients to understand their accommodation needs. Book hotel reservations accurately while providing detailed information about hotels, pricing, and availability. Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely solutions to maintain high customer satisfaction. Maintain organized records of reservations and customer interactions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth booking processes. Fluent in Croatian with excellent communication skills; English proficiency is a plus. Experience in hotel reservations, customer support, or travel industry preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills. Proficient with computers and reservation software applications.
