Join the dynamic team at Mercier Consultancy MD as a Croatian Speaking Hotel Reservations Agent! This exciting position allows you to work in beautiful Greece, with paid relocation assistance included. In this role, you will assist Croatian-speaking clients in booking their ideal hotel accommodations while providing exemplary customer service. Key Responsibilities Engage with Croatian-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat to facilitate hotel reservations. Provide detailed information on hotel options, rates, amenities, and local attractions to help clients make informed decisions. Accurately process reservation requests and confirm all relevant details with clients. Address any inquiries or issues related to bookings promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and reservation details in our CRM system. Stay informed about industry trends and hotel offerings to provide the best recommendations to clients. Fluency in Croatian (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is an advantage. Experience in hotel reservations, customer service, or a related field is preferred. A strong passion for travel and knowledge of popular hotel services and destinations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills aimed at delivering outstanding customer service. Able to effectively manage inquiries and resolve customer issues efficiently. Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software applications. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment. Willingness to relocate to Greece with paid relocation support provided.
