Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce an opening for a Croatian Speaking Liaison for Hotel Bookings! This role offers the opportunity to work in stunning Greece, with a paid relocation package included. As a liaison, you will facilitate hotel bookings for Croatian-speaking clients, ensuring exceptional service and effective communication throughout the booking process. Key Responsibilities Assist Croatian-speaking clients with their hotel reservations through various platforms including phone, email, and chat. Provide comprehensive information regarding hotel options, rates, amenities, and local attractions tailored to the client's needs. Accurately process reservation requests while confirming all details directly with the client to prevent misunderstandings. Address customer inquiries and resolve booking issues promptly and professionally. Maintain detailed records of client interactions and reservation details using our CRM system. Stay informed about current trends in the hospitality industry to better serve clients. Fluency in Croatian (both written and spoken); knowledge of English is required. Experience in hotel bookings, customer service, or a related field is desirable. Strong enthusiasm for travel and familiarity with popular hotel destinations in Greece. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with dedication to delivering outstanding customer service. Capable of effectively managing client concerns and providing efficient solutions. Competent in using CRM systems and standard office software applications. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment. Willingness to relocate to Greece with full support for relocation expenses.
