Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries in Croatian via phone, chat, and email promptly and effectively. Provide accurate information and resolve issues related to products or services. Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow up on customer concerns. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex problems efficiently. Stay updated on company policies, products, and procedures to assist customers effectively. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the support team.
