Your Role: Assist the recruitment team by sourcing and engaging Croatian-speaking candidates for various roles. Conduct initial assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and their fit for our clients’ needs. Work closely with hiring managers to gain an understanding of job specifications and team dynamics. Ensure positive and effective communication with candidates throughout their recruitment journey. Utilize a variety of recruitment tools and platforms to attract high-quality talent efficiently. Contribute to team discussions, providing insights and innovative ideas to improve recruitment strategies. Engage in continuous learning and professional development through training programs to enhance your recruitment skills. Fluency in Croatian (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is highly advantageous. A proactive and enthusiastic approach to supporting candidates throughout the recruitment process. Strong communication skills to effectively engage candidates and internal teams. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage recruitment tasks efficiently. A collaborative spirit with a willingness to contribute to a dedicated team.
