Record Keeping: Meticulously documenting all customer contacts, feedback, and outcomes within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Service Excellence: Consistently maintaining top-tier professional standards and communication quality, meeting all defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Teamwork: Collaborating with colleagues and managers to pinpoint recurring issues and contribute to ongoing improvements in service delivery. Essential Skills & Requirements Language Fluency (Must Have) Croatian: Native or Fully Fluent (C2 level). Essential for clear and professional communication, both spoken and written. English: Proficient (Minimum B2 level). Necessary for training, internal communication, and documentation purposes. General Prerequisite You must be legally authorized to work remotely from within Greece and have access to reliable high-speed internet.
