Key Duties and Accountabilities In your capacity as a Croatian-Speaking Customer Support Agent, your primary tasks will involve: Handling Communication: Managing a substantial volume of customer contacts (inbound and outbound) through various channels (telephone, email, and instant messaging) in both Croatian and English. Query Resolution: Providing efficient, thoughtful, and professional solutions to customer inquiries related to reservations, modifications, cancellations, billing issues, and general technical support for the platform. System Knowledge: Rapidly acquiring and maintaining detailed knowledge of the client's booking system, policies, and operational guidelines to deliver precise and comprehensive support. Documentation: Diligently logging all customer interactions, feedback, and final resolutions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. Quality Adherence: Upholding rigorous standards of professional conduct and communication quality in every interaction, ensuring compliance with all Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Internal Liaison: Working closely with team members and supervisors to proactively identify recurring service issues and contribute to ongoing improvements in customer processes. Candidate Profile and Mandatory Skills Linguistic Requirements (Essential) Croatian: Native-level or near-native fluency (C2 proficiency). Must be able to communicate flawlessly, both orally and in writing, in professional settings. English: High-level intermediate proficiency (B2 minimum). Necessary for mandatory training sessions, internal team communications, and technical documentation.
