We are looking for Croatian Speaking Travel Consultants to join our international team. This unique role offers you a hybrid start: you will spend your first 3 months onsite in the historic city of Athens to complete your training and integrate with the team, followed by the opportunity to work fully remote from any location in Greece. The Role: Impact & Traveler Support Travel Expertise: Assist Croatian-speaking customers with flight bookings, holiday packages, and complex travel itineraries. Customer Journey: Provide high-level support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring every traveler has a seamless experience. Resolution Management: Handle booking changes, cancellations, and travel disruptions with a professional and helpful mindset. Tech-Savvy Service: Navigate global travel platforms and internal systems to provide real-time solutions. Your Journey & Flexibility Phase 1 (Months 1-3): Onsite in Athens. Immerse yourself in the company culture, complete your professional travel training, and enjoy the city's energy. Phase 2 (Long-term): Fully Remote. Once you are fully up to speed, you have the freedom to work from anywhere in Greece—be it a coastal town, a quiet island, or the mountains.
