Key Responsibilities Assist Croatian-speaking clients through online platforms, providing support for their travel inquiries and reservations. Offer expert advice on travel packages, destinations, and accommodations tailored to client preferences. Design and curate personalized travel itineraries that highlight clients’ interests and ensure memorable experiences. Quickly address and resolve client concerns or issues to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Document client interactions and preferences in our CRM system to ensure continued exceptional service. Keep abreast of the latest travel trends, services, and destination updates to offer informed recommendations. Fluency in Croatian (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is an advantage. Experience in travel consulting, customer service, or a related field is highly desirable. A strong passion for travel and familiarity with popular travel destinations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. Able to efficiently handle customer complaints and provide effective resolutions. Proficient with CRM systems and standard office software. Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote or dynamic online environment.
