This exciting role offers you the chance to work in a dynamic travel consultancy environment, assisting Croatian-speaking clients in planning memorable vacations while enjoying the vibrant lifestyle of Greece. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive travel consultation services to Croatian-speaking clients through phone, email, and other communication channels. Recommend tailored travel packages, accommodations, and destination options based on client preferences. Create personalized travel itineraries that meet and exceed client expectations. Efficiently handle client inquiries, complaints, and concerns ensuring high client satisfaction. Maintain accurate client records and communication within the CRM system for effective follow-up. Stay informed about current travel trends, destination updates, and industry developments to provide informed advice. Fluent in Croatian (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus. Prior experience in travel consulting, customer service, or hospitality is preferred. Strong passion for travel and extensive knowledge of popular and emerging travel destinations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach. Ability to resolve conflicts and provide timely and effective solutions for client issues. Proficient with CRM systems and standard office software tools. Self-driven, organized, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to relocate to Greece, embracing a new lifestyle with full relocation support by the company.
