Responsibilities

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain a clean working environment and ensure safety and compliance.
  • Responsible for following all standard operating procedures (SOP) Operational guidelines, directives, training information, and policies when performing duties.
  • Performing clone care on Tuesday and Thursday through Saturday.
  • Ensure pruning and training of plants in accordance with established standards.
  • Supporting the implementation of proper plant training techniques.
  • Maintaining accurate records of rooting success rates.
  • Collecting plant samples for analysis.
  • Ensuring all EGro Sensors are properly tracking plant batches.
  • Verifying that all plants receive scheduled care and procedures.
  • Gather weekly leaf samples for analysis
  • Conduct final harvest reports
  • Maintain weekly crop registration through Let’s Grow Platform
  • Maintain weekly production goals.
  • Must be comfortable working in environments with varying temperatures from 70-90.
