Salary: Technologist Grade 1 with a Salary Scale of €41,580 to €78,830

QUALIFICATIONS

• A Level 8 degree (as recognised on the National Framework of Qualifications or equivalent), in Agricultural Science or a related discipline.
• MSc in related discipline.
• DAFM approved Pesticide Advisor status.

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE

• Experience in crop management or agronomic research.
• Strong organisational skills with demonstrated ability to coordinate trial sites.
• Practical knowledge of field sampling techniques, crop monitoring, and data collection.
• Knowledge of Irish tillage systems.
• Ability to identify plant species in particular cover crop and common Irish native species.
