Inspiring Special Education Teacher Wanted – 2025–2026 School Year Clarifi Staffing Solutions is partnering with a local district to welcome an experienced and enthusiastic Special Education Teacher with an active LBS1 certification to their elementary team. This is a full-time opportunity for an educator who is passionate about fostering growth, inclusion, and confidence in students with a variety of learning needs. As a key member of the school’s special education team, you’ll provide individualized academic and behavioral support, develop and implement IEPs, and collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers to ensure students receive the tools and strategies they need to thrive. Key Duties Overview: Customize curriculum and teaching strategies to align with IEP goals. Create a welcoming and inclusive learning environment for all students. Engage in ongoing professional development to remain current with best practices. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with special education standards. Communicate regularly with families and team members to support student growth. Requirements Illinois PEL with special education (LSB1) endorsement. Bachelor's degree in Special Education (Master's degree a plus). Proven experience as a Special Education Teacher or relevant role.
