Leadership & Operational Excellence: Contribute to the definition of the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Drive product launch activities and post-launch optimization Technical Product Skills: Create detailed user stories, use cases, and (when required) technical specifications. Continuous Improvement: Monitor product performance and identify areas for improvement. Codification / Automation Focus: Offer automation and codification solutions to thematic issues and system limitations. Minimum 14 years of experience in a similar Technical Product Management role. Proven track record of managing and executing large-scale projects (impacting 100+ users). Demonstrated ability to translate complex business needs into technical specifications. In-depth knowledge of product management best practices, frameworks, and principles (e.g., software development lifecycle, Agile/Scrum methodologies). Hands-on experience with automation tools, workflow platforms, and AI integration in business processes, demonstrating a passion for innovation and efficiency. Strong understanding of various technologies and coding languages (ability to code not required, but beneficial). Exceptional critical thinking and logical decision-making skills. Stellar communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple parallel project variables. Adaptability & Resilience: Thrives in fast-paced, high-stakes environments, with the agility to handle ambiguity and shifting priorities effectively.
