Description Wheeler Machinery is seeking a proactive and collaborative Cross-Functional Lead to support strategic execution across our Rental Division. This role will serve as a central connector between transportation, sales, operations teams ensuring alignment, accountability, and smooth delivery of rental and sales projects and initiatives. Duties and Responsibilities: Lead coordination across departments to ensure rental projects are executed efficiently and on schedule Facilitate communication between Transportation, Sales, Operations, and Sales teams to resolve issues and align priorities Support implementation of strategic initiatives such as go-to-market refinement, and customer experience enhancements Assist in developing and maintaining process documentation, workflows, and cross-team playbooks Drive accountability by tracking task progress, escalating blockers, and ensuring follow-through Champion a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement Required Qualifications: Experience in operations, project coordination, or cross-functional leadership preferably in equipment rental, construction, or logistics Strong communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive alignment across teams Experience with rental management systems and CRM platforms is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project tracking tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Trello, or similar) Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Cross-functional task completion rate Rental project delivery timeliness Internal team satisfaction score (cross-departmental feedback) Issue resolution time Strategic initiative execution rate __________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities The contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
