EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

• CrossFit Coaching: at least 3 years
• CrossFit Level 1 or above is a MUST
• Experience in programming is a MUST
• Experience in team management

• Coaching of classes, Adults & Kids
• Ensure high coaching standards are maintained
• Engaging with members
• Membership retention
• Plan and facilitate community events that take place throughout the year
