As part of our expansion, we are launching our Live Casino Studio in Monterrey, where we will produce and stream high-quality, English-language live casino content for international markets. Our studio will feature four live gaming tables, including Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette, and Craps, delivering an engaging and dynamic player experience. We are looking for a professional, energetic, and customer-focused Live Casino Croupier to join our new studio. In this role, you will be responsible for dealing live casino games on camera, interacting with players in English, and ensuring a smooth, fair, and entertaining gaming experience in a live-streamed environment. As a Croupier, you will represent the face of our live casino brand, maintaining high standards of game integrity, presentation, and player engagement during live sessions. Key Responsibilities Operate live games directly at the tables, ensuring accurate and professional execution. Strictly follow all established procedures, rules, and operational guidelines. Maintain a smooth, clear, and efficient game pace at all times. Deliver a professional and engaging experience to players. Communicate clearly in English during live game operations. Required Skills & Competencies Strong attention to detail and procedural compliance. Ability to maintain focus and accuracy in live environments. Clear verbal communication and professional presence. Customer-oriented mindset. Experience & Qualifications Previous experience as a Dealer, Croupier, or Live Game Operator (preferred). Good level of English (C1). Availability to work rotating shifts.
